Josh’s Sims opened in late 2006 and has been (in my opinion) getting better ever since. After a hiatus between 2008-2010, we are back and ready to offer downloads for the sims 2 and possibly the sims 3 in the near future. We offer lots of high-quality downloads for your sims and try to make the visitor’s experience as good as possible. Our team consists of many fantastic artists. We host many sites which are listed on the links page. Thanks so much for supporting our site.

Policy - My Policy allows you to use my
creations in anyway (modification,
including in sims…) as long as you don’t upload it upto a paysite or
claim my work as your own. We are file-share friendly.

-Use my creations in your photos, videos and stories with or without
credit. I love to see my creations in stories and pictures, you can
send me a PM with a link - I’ll check it and I will be the happiest
person ;)

You may not

-Claim my work as yours own

-Upload my creations on the exchange or upload to a paysite

PM me and I’ll think about it. If I don’t answer in 3 days, that means:
no.

If I like your request I’ll do that - but remember, reference picture
is always an advantage. If it’s quite big so I can do it easily that
means: 100% that I’ll make it. But don’t worry if you have got only a
small pic - if I like it I’ll do it anyways! (just it will take more
time for me to do, maybe)
